I chose the title Integral Scientist as I am a professional scientist who also has a strong interest in Integral Philosophy.

My main spiritual practice is Dzogchen mediation from the Tibetan Nyimgma tradition. 

I am married and have a one year old daughter.

My main aim at the moment is to continue developing and learning as much as I can and to try to live a more sustainble lifestyle.

I am curently doing this by growing ny own fruit and vegetables on my allotment, experimenting in making jams, pickles etc from my own produce and that I can harvest from the wild.  I also make my own beer and wine and have recently started keeping bees.
